It's not going away because no one has looked at why it started. Let's finally find out — with a personalized biomechanical assessment reviewed by Dr. Inglis himself.
Uncover the real root cause — how you move, not just your foot

Done from home, on your phone, on your schedule
Most treatments for plantar fasciitis treat the foot. But the foot is rarely the real problem. The way you move, the way you load your body, your hip mechanics, your gait — that's where the answer lives. Getting a proper biomechanical assessment usually means a clinic, a specialist, and hundreds of dollars just to be seen.
The first of its kind, you can do it completely virtually — no clinic, no waiting room, no guessing. You film yourself performing a series of simple movement tests, and Dr. Inglis personally reviews your footage to uncover exactly why your plantar fasciitis isn't going away.
Your body is unique. Some people need mobility work, others need stability. Some need to shift their weight differently. Your assessment tells your story — reviewed by a real doctor, not an algorithm spitting out the same PDF for everyone.
Right now, as an introductory offer, get your complete AI-Driven Biomechanical Assessment for just $97. Do it any day, any time, on your terms.

A podiatrist focuses on the foot itself — usually managing symptoms with orthotics, injections, or surgery. Those have their place, but they rarely answer the real question: why is your foot breaking down in the first place?
Our assessment looks at your whole movement system — how you shift your weight, how your hips and ankles move, and whether your foot is working the way it's designed to. Foot pain is usually a symptom of a problem higher up the chain, and that's what we pinpoint. Instead of a device to mask the pain, you leave with a plan to fix the root cause.
(We work alongside podiatrists, not against them — if something needs medical attention, we'll tell you.)
For the assessment itself — nothing. Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and the shoes you wear most often so we can evaluate them.
For the 12-week program, you'll need a few inexpensive tools: foot and squat wedges (to position you correctly during your exercises) and a massage or golf ball for daily foot release. Some programs also use a resistance band. It's all affordable and easy to order online — we'll send you exact links after your assessment so you get the right ones the first time. A gym membership is optional; the strength phase can be adapted to home equipment.
About 20–30 minutes, done on your own time from home. Here's how it works: as soon as you sign up, you'll receive a welcome email along with a link to our Assessment Platform, where you'll create a password and log into your personal profile. From there, you'll answer some questions about your past medical history and pain, then follow simple step-by-step prompts to film your movements — no experience needed, the platform guides you through each one.
Once you submit, I'm notified of your results and personally review your movement patterns. Then we meet for your results call, where I walk you through exactly what I found, what a treatment plan would look like and what I would do if I was in your shoes.
By the end of your assessment and results call, you'll have something most people have never been given: a complete explanation of why your foot hurts — not just a name for it.
Specifically, you'll receive:
1 A full-body movement analysis — I review your filmed movements frame by frame, looking at how you stand, walk, shift your weight, and load your feet. Foot pain is almost never just a foot problem, so I assess your entire chain: feet, ankles, knees, hips, and pelvis.
2 Your personal movement profile — the specific patterns driving your pain. Does your foot need more mobility and pronation, or more stability and supination? Is your body stuck shifted into one side? Are your hips and pelvis controlling each step, or is your foot absorbing forces it was never meant to handle? No two profiles are the same — this is your biomechanical fingerprint.
3 A written summary of your findings — in plain English, not clinical jargon. You'll be able to look at it months from now and still understand exactly what's going on in your body.
4 A one-on-one results call with me — I personally walk you through everything I found, show you what I'm seeing in your movement, and answer every question you have. You will never be handed a report and left to figure it out alone.
5 Your root cause, identified — the single most valuable thing on this list. Most people have spent months (or years) treating the symptom: the orthotics, the injections, the stretches that never quite work. This assessment tells you what's actually driving the problem — which means you finally know what to fix.
6 A clear picture of your path forward — based on your results, I'll show you exactly what your personalized 12-week program would target and in what order, so you know precisely what recovery looks like for your body — not a generic protocol.
If you've ever left an appointment with a diagnosis but no real answers, this is the opposite of that experience.
